Contemporary Dance

(No dance experience necessary)

Adult Contemporary Dance is a beginning-to-intermediate class that focuses on moving the whole body in expressive and dynamic ways. You’ll spend time exploring balance and learning how to move smoothly through your back and spine. We’ll warm up with exercises that help you feel coordination, flow, and weight transfer—then travel across the room with guided movement patterns. Each class finishes with a short dance combination that puts everything together.

Yoga

(No experience necessary)

Yoga aims for overall health, stress relief, and flexibility. It uses breathing techniques, physical postures, and meditation.
